Refund & Exchange Policy

For Domestic Buyers (India):

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
A return label will be provided for eligible returns, and reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
Exchanges are offered for wrong items, incorrect sizes, or manufacturing defects. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement or issue store credit.
Made-to-order products (including curtains with preset lengths and custom designs) are not eligible for return. Exchanges are only offered in case of manufacturing defects.

For International Buyers:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must arrange for the return shipment.
Exchanges are offered for wrong items, incorrect sizes, or manufacturing defects. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement or issue store credit.
Made-to-order products (including curtains with preset lengths and custom designs) are not eligible for return. Exchanges are only offered in case of manufacturing defects.

Note: We cannot accept exchanges or returns after the 7-day return window mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order anytime within 6 hours of placing it.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Processing refunds, including pick-ups and quality checks, will take 10–15 working days.
